DES MOINES, Iowa, March 11, 2026 - USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) has a draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for the purchase of real estate and improvements to a cattle operation, increasing animal unit capacity by 30% in Delaware County, Iowa. The draft EA evaluates the environmental impacts of the FSA funding for this project. The draft EA and related documents are available below for public review from March 11, 2026 - March 24, 2026.
