SALT LAKE CITY, June 11, 2026 - JLL Capital Markets announced today it arranged a $44.2 million refinancing for Hamilton Logistics Center, a 474,600-square-foot Class A industrial asset located at 8080 West 1400 North in Salt Lake City, Utah.
JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, Hamilton Partners and Bow River Capital, to secure a floating-rate, five-year loan through a national insurance company.
Completed in 2023, Hamilton Logistics Center is strategically positioned in Salt Lake City's Northwest Quadrant just 10 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport with exceptional connectivity to Interstate 80, Interstate 215 and Interstate 15. The property's location provides seamless distribution access throughout the Wasatch Front and neighboring western states, with proximity to the Utah Inland Port Authority and Bangerter Highway creating multimodal access linking air cargo, interstate highways and regional rail networks.
The cross-dock industrial facility features 36-foot clear heights, 56 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors and a 2,800-square-foot move-in-ready spec office. The 33.41-acre site includes 244 parking stalls and 156 trailer stalls on paved, illuminated land. The property serves logistics and distribution users with access to the Wasatch Front's labor pool of more than 1.2 million residents.
The JLL Capital Markets team was led by Senior Managing Director Chris Gandy and Analyst Jack Safford, with support from Managing Director Todd Torok.
