Town of Clay - Oak Orchard Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion & Transmission ROW Acquisition

Negative Declaration

Onondaga County - The Onondaga County Department of Water Environment Protection, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Oak Orchard Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion & Transmission ROW Acquisition will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the County proposing to upgrade and expand the existing wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). Work includes WWTP liquid upgrades, biosolids facility, new water reuse facility, recycled water pump station, force mains, MOPO facilities, a substation and outfall work. Separate from the expansion, there will be electric transmission ROW acquisition. The project is located at 4300 Oak Orchard Road in the Town of Clay, New York.
