ADT named to Forbes’ America’s Best Employers for Women 2026 list

ADT, the leader in smart home security solutions, has been named to Forbes' America's Best Employers for Women 2026 list, an annual recognition honoring U.S. companies that are creating environments where women can advance professionally, pursue leadership opportunities and thrive throughout their careers.

Developed by Forbes and market research firm Statista, the list draws on feedback from more than 146,000 women employed by organizations with at least 1,000 employees nationwide. Participants evaluated employers across a range of workplace experiences, including career growth, compensation, parental leave, work-life balance and support programs for caregivers.

Researchers also considered the representation of women in leadership and governance roles when determining the final list.
