2025 High 5 Awards

We have a long history of recognizing our people and their performance. Our first employee recognition event, "Our Proud Performance Awards," dates back to 1967 and recognized teams and individuals for outstanding achievements in support of the "Campbell's Way."

Our recent High 5 Awards highlight the remarkable ideas and innovations delivered in fiscal 2025 that drove our results, the ways we've connected with consumers, our food, our amazing brands and how we've taken care of our customers and communities.

This year, we received more than 150 nominations across 12 categories. Honorees were selected by Campbell's Leadership Team.
