NEST Rush Hour Event
Due to today's extreme heat event, customers enrolled in the NEST program may see automatic temperature adjustments on their smart thermostats between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM as part of a NEST Rush Hour event.
- Enrolled Participants: Adjustments will take place automatically during the event period. If you need to opt out, you can manually override the temperature directly on your thermostat or through the Nest app at any time.
- Non-Enrolled Residents: If you are not enrolled in the NEST program, your settings will remain unaffected.
