JLL facilitates a residential JV between Mandatum and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing

The joint venture is seeded with a portfolio of seven residential properties valued at over €70 million and will look to grow through the acquisition of additional properties, focusing on the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.

JLL provided end-to-end strategic advisory, from originating the joint venture concept and establishing its business plan, to successfully raising the equity and executing the seed portfolio sale. The formation of this platform capitalizes on the strong fundamentals and revitalized investor interest in the Finnish residential sector. The joint venture will leverage Mandatum's deep local expertise in asset management to execute a growth strategy focused on high-quality residential assets in one of Finland's fastest-growing regions.
