Yardmaster Expands Midwest Footprint with Acquisitions of Twin Oaks and ProScape

COLUMBUS, Ohio-October 27, 2026-Yardmaster ("the Company"), a commercial grounds management platform, backed by private equity firm Unity Partners LP, today announced that it has completed the acquisitions of Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Twin Oaks Landscape ("Twin Oaks") and Marion, Ohio-based ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services ("ProScape"). Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2001, Twin Oaks is a full-service lawn and landscape maintenance company serving commercial and residential properties in southeast Michigan. Founded in 2005 by Luke Henry, ProScape provides commercial grounds management services to various property types, including HOAs, multi-family properties, warehouses, retail centers, healthcare facilities, schools, and office properties throughout central Ohio. The acquisitions add density in central Ohio and southeast Michigan, bringing 100+ teammates to the platform.
