The Augusta Fire Department Celebrates Class 25-04 Graduates with Ceremony Focused on Commitment

AUGUSTA, GA (October 8, 2025) - The Augusta Fire Department is proud to announce the graduation of its newest class of recruits, Class 25-04, marking the culmination of months of rigorous training and dedication. We invite members of the media, community leaders, and the public to join us in celebrating these committed individuals as they officially begin their careers serving our city.

This year's graduation theme, "Answering The Call...A Commitment Made," perfectly encapsulates the spirit and dedication of the graduating class. These men and women have not only mastered the necessary skills to protect and serve but have also internalized the core value that their work is a profound commitment to the safety and well-being of every resident. This theme will be woven throughout the ceremony, highlighting the essential partnership between our department and the community we are sworn to protect.

We're incredibly proud of Class 25-04 and the dedication they've shown throughout their training," said Fire Chief Antonio Burden. "This milestone is a reflection of their hard work, teamwork, and unwavering commitment to serving the people of Augusta.
