MILWAUKEE - May 18, 2026 - Culinary enthusiasts, cocktail connoisseurs and wine lovers know the award-winning Mason Street Grill for its extraordinary service, vibrant atmosphere and memorable experiences. This year, the iconic Milwaukee restaurant inside The Pfister Hotel will celebrate its 20th anniversary as a cornerstone of the city's dining scene. To commemorate this milestone, Mason Street Grill will host thoughtfully curated dinners, one-of-a-kind events, and unique collaborations throughout the year.

Founded on mastery, tradition, and timeless hospitality, Mason Street Grill opened in late 2006 with the goal of bringing a dynamic new dining destination that would change the culinary landscape in downtown Milwaukee. This begins with the inviting atmosphere of a neighborhood restaurant paired with its celebrated menu, unique guest experiences and superior service - leading to Mason Street Grill earning its reputation as a culinary fixture throughout the city. Special Anniversary Curated Dinners & Events

Acclaimed for its wood-grilled steaks, fresh seafood, and the finest ingredients, in November Mason Street Grill will honor its 20-year history of quality and signature dishes with legacy entrees available along with a three-course prix fixe menu of iconic dishes. To underscore the restaurant's commitment to the local community, a percentage of proceeds from the legacy entrees and menu will be donated to local charities. Mason Street Grill will also participate in various charity events throughout the year, including KidShare, Vince Lombardi Food & Wine, Cheers to Hospitality and more.

The celebrations continue as Mason Street Grill will host numerous events and other offerings as a toast to two decades of service.

  • The Chef's Counter Cooking Demonstration for Steaks & Spirits will be held on Saturday, June 6th at 11:30 a.m. Guests will enjoy live steak demos, A5 Wagyu tastings, and cocktail pairings from Executive Chef David Sapp while overlooking the vibrant kitchen.
  • Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon Dinner on Thursday, July 30th at 6:00 p.m. will feature a curated multi-course menu paired with four exclusive Pappy Van Winkle bourbon allocations, as well as specially crafted cocktails from the Sazerac portfolio.
  • In partnership with W.L. Weller, Mason Street Grill will offer a custom 20th Anniversary Full Proof Bourbon Barrel available for special anniversary pours, signature cocktails, and VIP tasting experiences throughout the year.
  • Opus Wine Dinner on Thursday, October 19th at 6:30 p.m. will include a six-course menu with each course thoughtfully paired with various Opus One wines, including multiple vintages and Overture from their selection.
  • The final anniversary event will take place on Tuesday, November 10th and will be marked with a celebratory dinner - The Signature Cut: 20 Years of Mason Street Grill Dining featuring The Best of Chef Mark Weber. The event will honor Mark Weber, founding chef and one of the masterminds behind the creation of Mason Street Grill. Weber's global culinary experience and vision helped shape the esteemed restaurant and its influence throughout the city. Weber currently serves as senior director of culinary operations and corporate chef at Marcus Hotels & Resorts.
