Windhorst: Lawmakers Return to Springfield One Week from Today

METROPOLIS, IL - State Representative Patrick Windhorst is reminding residents that lawmakers will return to Springfield for the Spring 2026 legislative session starting next week on Tuesday, January 20th. WIndhorst encourages interested residents to tune in to follow along with all the action on ILGA.gov

"Legislators will reconvene in Springfield for the first week of the Illinois House's 2026 Spring Session one week from today," Windhorst said. "I am looking forward to continuing to serve the people of the 117th district, and encourage anyone who is interested in following along to do so on the Illinois General Assembly's website."
