There's 24/7 support available for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis.

A mental health crisis can mean different things to different people, but often means you no longer feel able to cope or be in control of your situation. It can cause significant disruption to your life and your ability to function. It is important to get help quickly.

If you're feeling overwhelmed and struggling with your mental health there's support available 24/7.
