Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs meets with State Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Sweden on the sidelines of the 32nd OSCE Ministerial Meeting in Vienna

On 4 December 2025, H.E. Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, held a discussion with H.E. Mr. Dag Hartelius, State Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Sweden, on the sidelines of the 32rd OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) Ministerial Meeting held in Vienna, Austria.

Both sides welcomed the positive momentum of Thailand - Sweden relations as a Strategic Partnership, particularly the cooperation in defence technology. The Thai side also expressed its readiness to host the First Joint Cooperation Committee (JCC) Meeting in 2026. The Vice Minister also extended an invitation to the Swedish side to attend the International Conference on the Global Partnership Against Online Scams to be held on 17 - 18 December 2025 in Bangkok.
