DWF advises Gruppo Everest on the acquisition of Ciemme Impianti, Corna Impianti and Project Group

The three transactions add to the seven acquisitions completed over the past ten months, bringing the total number of companies within the Group to ten and further strengthening its expertise in both electrical and mechanical industrial systems and the photovoltaic sector.

DWF acted with a team led by Partner and Head of Corporate, M&A and Private Equity Luca Cuomo, and comprising Counsels Alberto Sieli and Matteo Polli, Associates Giulia Santi, Natale Galluzzo, Maria Caterina Signorini and Federica Boscolo, as well as Trainees Sofia Carla Vigano and Lucija Iuric.
