Advancing Edge AI with Atomiq™

Ambiq will spotlight its upcoming Atomiq SoC-the first SPOT^® platform product with an integrated NPU. Built on a 12nm FinFET node, Atomiq introduces a new ultra-low power (ULP) mode operating at as low as 300mV, the lowest voltage in company history, enabling more efficient always-on audio, vision, and reasoning AI at the edge.

Expanding the Apollo Portfolio

Ambiq will also feature its latest Apollo510 Lite and Apollo330 Plus SoCs, further extending its SPOT-based portfolio for advanced edge AI processing and ultra-efficient embedded applications.

Award-Nominated AI Tools

Ambiq will demonstrate optimized AI models and development tools from its neuralSPOT^® SDK, including heliaAOT™. This ahead-of-time compiler converts trained models into highly optimized standalone C inference modules. heliaAOT has been nominated for Best AI and Tools at Embedded World 2026.
