Carnival Cruise Line Cooks Up New Dining Offerings On Adventure and Encounter

Carnival Cruise Line is dishing out new dining options with guest favorites Fahrenheit 555 and Bonsai Sushi Express launching on board Carnival Adventure and Carnival Encounter, which sail from Sydney and Brisbane respectively.

From May 4, guests on all four Australian-homeported ships will be able to indulge in Carnival's signature premium steakhouse experience, Fahrenheit 555.

Named for the sizzling temperature used to sear its premium cuts, the Fahrenheit 555 menu features mouthwatering premium cuts of beef cooked to guests' exact specifications, alongside a standout selection of seafood, gourmet mains, tempting appetisers and an extensive wine list. It's elevated dining, Carnival-style.

Cruisers on Carnival Adventure and Carnival Encounter can also now enjoy a Japanese-inspired flavour journey following the recent opening of Bonsai Sushi Express, serving an affordable menu of made-to-order sushi, sashimi, rolls, salads, poke bowls and desserts. Already a hit on Carnival Luminosa, this convenient takeaway offering is now available on sailings from both Sydney and Brisbane.

Upscale steakhouse Fahrenheit 555, which is already a guest favourite on Carnival Splendor and Carnival Luminosa, will replace Luke's Bar and Grill on both ships.

Carnival's move to introduce its own dining experiences across the local fleet follows a successful partnership with Luke Mangan and the now retired P&O Cruises Australia brand.

"We are delighted to be bringing Fahrenheit 555 to all of our Australia-based ships, so guests can experience Carnival's signature premium experience no matter where or when they sail with us," said Anton Loeb, Carnival Cruise Line Assistant Vice President Sales & Marketing.

"As we look ahead, we're excited to continue introducing fresh ways for guests to enjoy exceptional offerings onboard."

A new specialty burger venue, Carnival Topside Grill, is set to replace Luke's Burgers, with more details to follow.

Guests can make reservations for Fahrenheit 555 through 'Manage My Booking' at carnival.com.au, or once on board using the Hub App.
