New Timesheets Available on Thursday, May 7

The new web time entry process will take effect for the pay period starting May 3, 2026. Timesheet availability for pay periods starting May 3 and May 17 will be delayed until Thursday, May 7, 2026, when you will be able to access them in the new interface. Here are some resources to help you learn about the new time entry process.

New Instructions

Step-by-step instructions will be available on May 7. An email will be sent by 1 pm that day with links to all resources.

Training Sessions

There will be Zoom training sessions starting Thursday, May 7, to walk you through the new process and answer your questions. These trainings are for both employees and timesheet approvers. You can sign up for one or more of the sessions below.
