Vista Fire Rescue Opens its Doors for Fire Prevention Month
This October, Vista Fire Rescue invites you to celebrate Fire Prevention Month at our Open House Saturdays, a free, family-friendly event!
Bring the whole family to explore Vista's fire stations, meet the firefighter/paramedics, EMTs, leadership team, and support staff who keep our community safe, and enjoy hands-on demonstrations that bring fire safety to life. Learn valuable tips on fire prevention and wildfire protection, check out fire engines and equipment up close, and take home safety knowledge along with fun prizes and snacks.

- October 4: Fire Station #1, 175 N. Melrose Dr.
- October 11: Fire Station #2, 1050 Valley Dr.
- October 18: Fire Station #4, 2121 Thibodo Rd.
- October 25: Fire Station #5, 2009 S. Melrose Dr.
- November 1: Fire Station #6, 651 E. Vista Way - Special Halloween Open House! Candy for everyone and costumes encouraged!
Open House hours are 11 am-1 pm.
