ADVISORY - PHILADELPHIA - Governor Shapiro to Visit B+labs, Highlight Historic Innovation Investments in 2026-27 Budget

Governor Josh Shapiro will visit B+labs, a life science incubator in Philadelphia dedicated to accelerating the growth of the life sciences industry by providing world class, flexible, scalable lab infrastructure, to highlight the historic innovation investments included in the 2026-27 budget.

The Governor's 2026-27 budget, created Innovate PA 2.0 - a $125 million program, funded through Insurance Premium Tax Credits, which will expand venture capital access, enhance the Commonwealth's innovation network, support clinical trials, commercialize university research, and seed regional venture studios.
