TexasBank Announces Leadership Changes to Expand Community Impact Across Central Texas
July 2026 - Fort Worth, Texas
TexasBank is pleased to announce two leadership appointments that strengthen the bank's commitment to serving Central Texas through both community leadership and financial education. Kelsey Goates has been promoted to Vice President, Financial Literacy and Community Outreach Manager, Central Texas, a newly expanded role focused on advancing financial literacy and strengthening community partnerships across the region.
Previously serving as the Market Manager, Goates will now lead TexasBank's financial education initiatives throughout Central Texas, expanding partnerships with local schools, Junior Achievement, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and community groups. She will also continue growing MoneyMinute, TexasBank's monthly financial education series, while developing new programs that equip individuals and families with practical financial knowledge and confidence.
"One of my favorite parts of banking has always been helping people understand their finances and seeing the confidence that comes with it," said Goates. "I'm excited to expand that impact across Central Texas. Whether we're partnering with schools, serving local organizations, or sharing practical financial tips through MoneyMinute, I believe financial education can truly change lives."
As Goates transitions into her new responsibilities, Davin Riebock has been named Market Manager for the Erath County area, leading TexasBank's retail banking teams across Stephenville, Dublin, Eastland, and Comanche.
Riebock joins TexasBank with more than a decade of leadership experience in banking, lending, operations, and community relationship management. Most recently serving as Assistant Vice President and Relationship Banker, he has built a reputation for developing strong customer relationships, supporting local organizations, and leading high-performing teams. In his new role, he will oversee TexasBank's retail operations and community presence throughout the Erath County market.
LV Coffee, Central Texas President, said the leadership transition reflects TexasBank's continued investment in both its people and the communities it serves.
"Kelsey and Davin each bring unique strengths that will have a lasting impact on Central Texas," Coffee said. "Kelsey's passion for financial education and serving others makes her the perfect leader to expand this important initiative, while Davin's banking experience, leadership, and commitment to building relationships make him an outstanding fit to lead our Erath County markets. Together, they'll help us continue delivering the personal service our customers expect while creating even greater opportunities for the communities we serve."
Through these leadership appointments, TexasBank continues its commitment to investing in people, strengthening local communities, and helping Texans build brighter financial futures.
