Baker McKenzie advises Vertiv on the acquisition of ThermoKey

Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure and a company listed on the NYSE, has completed the acquisition of ThermoKey S.p.A., a leading provider of heat rejection and heat-exchange technologies with long-standing relationships across original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and system integrators.

This deal strengthens Vertiv's thermal portfolio, manufacturing capabilities, and integrated offering. It will support the company's expansion and meet the growing demand for advanced solutions for high-density data centres and AI factories.

Baker McKenzie advised Vertiv with a team led by partner Paola Colarossi and assisted on M&A matters by partner Anna Marina De Vivo and senior associate Margherita Pasi. Federica Longo handled the FDI matters with associate Emanuele Della Santa, while Mirko Maggioni advised on antitrust issues.
