Montecito Medical Acquires Medical Outpatient Building in Des Moines, IA

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Nashville, Tenn. Montecito Medical, one of the nation's most active investors in medical outpatient real estate, has acquired a 14,380-SF property in Des Moines, Iowa.

The building, which includes an ambulatory surgery center, is 100% occupied by Urology Center of Iowa, a leading specialty provider in the area.

"We are excited to acquire this real estate asset, which aligns with our strategy of building long-term relationships with leading provider groups in markets with excellent fundamentals," said Rus Gudnyy, Senior Vice President of Investments at Montecito Medical.

Urology Center of Iowa is the market's dominant provider in its specialty. The group maintains 12 locations across the area.
