"Leading Pepco Holdings has been one of the greatest privileges of my career," said Anthony. "For the past decade, I've had the opportunity to work alongside extraordinary employees and serve communities from the neighborhoods of Washington, D.C., to the suburbs of Maryland, the farms and small towns of Delaware, and the shore communities of southern New Jersey. Over the years, I have watched our employees meet every challenge with determination, whether responding to major storms, supporting our communities through difficult moments, or investing in the infrastructure needed for the future. I look forward to bringing those experiences to Exelon as we continue to drive excellence in all we do."
"Rodney is an exceptional leader who understands our customers, communities and employees, and I know Pepco Holdings will continue to thrive under his leadership."
Oddoye brings more than 20 years of utility industry experience and a proven track record of leadership across operations, customer service, and governmental and regulatory affairs.
Since joining Pepco Holdings, he has held several key leadership roles and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing electric and gas operations, customer operations, transmission and substations, capital projects delivery, engineering and operations support services
"Customers expect us to deliver reliable electric and gas service, respond when they need us and do everything we can to keep energy affordable," said Oddoye. "I am honored to lead Pepco Holdings across our service areas in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland and New Jersey and work alongside our talented employees as we continue investing in the infrastructure our communities depend on, supporting our customers' evolving energy needs and delivering the reliable service that powers everyday life."
Owens brings more than 25 years of utility industry experience spanning leadership roles in operations, engineering, and emergency response. This included roles such as Vice President of Distribution Operations and Vice President of Customer Channels at ComEd. In her new role as Chief Operating Officer, she will oversee Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power and Pepco's operations.
"Nichole has spent her career leading complex operations and delivering for customers," Oddoye said.
