Brokers Stephen Lapierre and Wyatt Whitaker close transaction of a former Meineke Car Care Center in Woodstock, GA; Killian Automotive will open new car repair center at the site

ATLANTA, APRIL 21, 2026 - Ackerman Retail, a division of Ackerman & Co., has closed the sale of a former Meineke Car Care Center in Woodstock, GA, for $1,700,000 to the buyer, Killian Automotive. The 6,440-square-foot building will become part of the growing Killian Automative brand of repair centers.

Stephen Lapierre, Senior Vice President, and Wyatt Whitaker, Vice President, of Ackerman Retail represented the private owner in the transaction. The building, located at 9777 Highway 92 in Woodstock, was built in 2024.

"This second-generation building offered an excellent opportunity for the buyer to open a new location of its growing auto repair brand," said Wyatt Whitaker. "We're very pleased to close this sale on behalf of our client and to help position the site for its next chapter as a Killian Automotive repair center."

The property benefits from prominent visibility along the heavily traveled Highway 92 (Alabama Road) retail corridor and provides immediate access to Interstate 575, less than one-half mile from the site.
