Albany Division Only: Notice of Transition from Teams Audio to Teams Video Conferencing for Appearances for Motions and Confirmation Hearings

On October 1, 2025, the Albany Division of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York will discontinue using Teams Audio and begin using Teams Video for appearances for motions and confirmation hearings. Note that a notice of hearing for a matter scheduled in the Albany Division on or after October 1, 2025, must contain the Teams Video Conferencing meeting registration information in place of the Teams dial-in information. The specific language to be included in a notice of hearing and instructions for registering for a video appearance are located under Judge Radel's page on the court's websiteunder both the Appearances and Hearing Dates tabs.
