Per AS 38.05.070(e) and AS 38.05.070(b) the Department of Natural Resources (DNR); Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a decision to renew an existing land lease issued to The Bush Pilot, Inc. for an additional 10-year term for the continued use and maintenance of a commercial recreational hunting guide and adventure tourism site. The location of the lease is further described as being within the NE1/4 of the NW1/4, Section 8, Township 17 North, Range 28 West, Seward Meridian.

The decision will be posted on the Alaska Public Notice System website for 30 calendar days. For more information, please refer to the attached Renewal Decision or contact Audrey Gilroy at (907) 269-8111 or by e-mail at [email protected], or by fax to (907) 269-8913.
