Today, Social Security officially launched a newly redesigned homepage to improve online service to beneficiaries and the American public. This redesigned homepage provides a more-user friendly experience and encourages you to sign up for a personal my Social Security account to handle your Social Security business from anywhere, on any device. The new and improved homepage can be accessed at https://www.ssa.gov. Improvements to Our Homepage Our redesigned homepage includes: Increased visibility for my Social Security account sign-up and sign-in. The updated homepage makes it easier for you to view benefit estimates, apply for benefits, check application status, or request a replacement card. New Life events section and webpages guide you if you're unsure where to start, helping those who are facing life changes to better understand how we can support you. The new homepage provides entry points to more detailed resources for specific situations. Enhanced access to third-party services. The redesigned homepage includes a dedicated section for third-party services, such as for employers, representative payees, appointed representatives, and government agencies.
