Due to the dangerous driving conditions from wintry weather, the Gainesville Division of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia will be closed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Atlanta, Newnan, and Rome Divisions will be open normal operating hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Please note important information below about Bankruptcy Court hearings on Tuesday, January 27, 2026:
Hearings in Atlanta - Hearings scheduled in Atlanta will proceed as scheduled. Parties may attend in person or via the Court's Virtual Hearing Room. For information on how to appear virtually, visit the Court's website at https://www.ganb.uscourts.gov/dial-and-virtual-bankruptcy-hearing-information.
Hearings in Newnan - Hearings scheduled in Newnan will proceed as scheduled via the Court's Virtual Hearing Room. Please refer to the Virtual Hearings tab of Judge Ritchey Craig's page on the Court's website for instructions on how to participate in the hearings.
