On September 24, in New York Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu.

The interlocutors expressed satisfaction with the dynamic development of bilateral relations of a strategic nature, including through active dialogue at all levels and the expansion of sectoral cooperation.

"We attach particular importance to cooperation with Kazakhstan, not only bilaterally but also in the broader context of enhancing regional connectivity. In this regard, the development of transport and business ties is among our priority agenda items," Minister Mirzoyan emphasized. In this context, the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Kazakhstan exchanged views on the implementation of the "Crossroads of Peace" project, including through the TRIPP initiative.

Ararat Mirzoyan and Murat Nurtleu also discussed the agenda of upcoming high-level bilateral visits and issues of cooperation on multilateral platforms.
