CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00017712 de 12 de agosto de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía CARTIMEX S.A. cuya oferta pública de la SÉPTIMA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE LARGO PLAZO que fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2021-00011171 del 21 de diciembre de 2021 por el monto de hasta USD $5'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
